How to make Bael fruit tea step by step

The preparation of ball fruit tea requires only a few steps.

Step 1 Toast to the ball

Place the dried husk in a frying pan and heat to gently roast to release the aroma and flavour. This only takes a minute or two, but results in a rounder, more flavorful finished tea.

Step 2 Baelic Fruit Tea Infusion

Heat the water to a boil and add it to the ball you toasted in step 1.

Lower the heat and let it simmer for 20 minutes. The water will gradually colour as the beauty gives off its fragrance.

Phase 3 Learning, softening and storage

When the egg whites are cooked, remove the pieces of egg white with a spoon and add the sugar.

Stir well to dissolve the sugar and let cool slightly before straining through a cloth or metal sieve to remove any fine particles and leave the tea clear.

Pour into a pitcher with a lid and store in the refrigerator.

Belle tea can be kept in the fridge for a few days. To serve, simply top with ice and thin to taste. We like to dilute two parts water to one part Baal tea concentrate.

  • 4 ounces dried husks
  • 9 cups of drinking water
  • 3 cups brown sugar
  • Dried flaxseed is roasted directly in a pan over medium heat for a minute or two to release its aroma and enhance the flavour.
  • Remove the ball from the tray.
  • Bring the drinking water to the boil and add the roasted husk. Reduce the heat and simmer for 25 minutes.
  • Remove from heat and remove large pieces of wax with a slotted spoon. Add the sugar and stir until dissolved.
  • It is best to allow the bale to cool before pouring it through a cloth filter to remove any fine particles. Transfer to a large covered pitcher and let cool. The drink can be kept in the refrigerator for several days.
  • Add one part Belk tea to two parts plain water with ice. If desired, adjust the flavor by adding more or less water to dilute.

Baelian tea can be served as hot tea. In this case, heat the drink and dilute it with hot water to serve.
