How To Make Shimla Mirch Aloo Ki Sabji

The dish is a traditional Punjabi recipe. It is traditionally made with potatoes, tomatoes, onions, green chilies, and spices.

Aloo shimla mirch sanjeev kapoor is a recipe that is very easy to make. It is a delicious and simple dish that can be prepared in less than 10 minutes.

Shimla mirch aloo ki sabzi is a simple and straightforward dish to prepare. It’s a dry stir-fry with capsicum and potatoes prepared using basic Indian spices. It’s an excellent tiffin dish for lunch boxes.

I made this capsicum potato curry using green bell peppers, but you can use any color of bell pepper or all three colored peppers to make the stir fry more colorful and attractive to the eyes.

To prepare this shimla mirch aloo ki sabzi, I used boiled potatoes since they cook faster, but if you don’t have boiled potatoes, just add the peeled and diced potatoes to the tempering, cover, and simmer until done before adding the other ingredients.

Adding crushed peanuts to the basic standard aloo capsicum sabzi is my own variation, and everyone at home now prefers this curry with just peanuts. If you have a peanut allergy or don’t have any in your cupboard, omit the peanuts and follow the rest of the recipe; it will come out delicious any way!
