The most simple tiktok recipe just calls for garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Chili flakes, oregano, and parmesan cheese are also used in certain recipes. To flavor these spaghetti chips, I used my regular Indian spices.

Ingredients

Simple ingredients are used in this dish!

Pasta: Use whatever shape of pasta you have on hand. I chose rigatoni since it was what I had on hand, and their large size makes them ideal for dipping in dips and sauces. You may also use fusilli and bow-tie pasta shapes.

Coriander, garam masala, turmeric, Kashmiri red chili powder, and dried fenugreek leaves were used to season these chips (kasuri methi). To taste and preference, alter the quantity of spices. The chili powder I used is Kashmiri red chili powder, which isn’t very spicy.

Olive oil: These chips just need a little amount of oil. I used 1 tablespoon oil for the 8 oz pasta in the recipe.

Optional add-ins: if you want it to be more delicious, you may add some cheese. Parmesan or pepper jack cheese will work well here. Before air frying, just grate and mix with the spaghetti.

Instructions in Detail

1- Boil some water in a saucepan. When the water begins to boil, add the pasta and cook according to the package directions. For rigatoni pasta, I cooked it for 12 to 13 minutes.

2- When the pasta is al dente, remove it from the heat and drain it in a sieve.

3- After that, move everything to a big mixing basin.

4- Pour in 1 tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil.
