  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce

  1. Mix the seasoning, brown sugar, soy sauce and water. Mix well.
  2. Pour the mixture into a plastic bag. Add the pork. Marinate the pork for at least an hour.
  3. Preheat the oven to 325°F. Remove pork from bag, place on baking sheet and place in oven.
  4. Turn the meat every 15 minutes and baste it with the rest of the liquid in the bag.
  5. Bake 35 minutes or until tender.
  6. Cut into thin slices and place on a baguette to prepare for use in a Banh Mi sandwich.
