Sichuan style spicy zucchini stir fry is really simple and flavorful. I used to be clueless when it came to preparing zucchini. It was available at our neighborhood store, but I didn’t attempt to cook with it for many years. Then I pull up something very tasty that I made using zucchini. Sichuan-style hot stir-fried zucchini

Ingredients

  • Zucchini, two
  • 1 tablespoon of salt
  • Doubanjiang, 1/2 tbsp.
  • Cooking oil, 1 tablespoon
  • 50 g slices of pork belly
  • 2 chopped garlic cloves
  • 1 thumb of chopped ginger
  • 3 scallions, divided into thirds
  • Cut four fresh chile peppers into rounds.
  • Oyster sauce, 1 tablespoon
  • 12 teaspoon sugar

Instructions

  1. After cleaning the zucchini and removing any surface stains, cut it into four pieces. Simply retain the melon portion and discard the inside pulp. Next, cut the material into 0.5 cm broad strips.

  2. Transfer all the strips to a large pot and then a tablespoon or so of salt. Mix well and leave out for 15 minutes. There will be a layer of water at the bottom of the bowl. Discard the water at the bottom and then re-add clean water to wash the zucchini to avoid over salty flavor. Then squeeze the water out as possible.
